Joe Brittain was born in Springville, NY and currently lives and works in New York, NY. He graduated in 2003 with a BFA from SUNY University at Buffalo and has concentrated on his studio practice while also project managing for various artists and institutes. He has exhibited predominantly in New York and was awarded the NYFA sculpture fellowship in 2011.
